OCD Ottawa
We are a volunteer driven peer-based support network dedicated to supporting individuals living with OCD and their families. We offer guidance and information about treatment and support resources for OCD and related spectrum disorders

Our OCD Support Group for ages 16+ currently meets virtually on a weekly basis - contact [email protected] to join.
