Clients I work with are looking for strategies to help them navigate through challenges related to Depression, Anxiety, Substance Use, Trauma, Relationship and Family Communication, Body Image, Coping skills, Mood issues, Life Transitions, and School and Work Stress.
We humans are complex social beings; this is why I offer a holistic approach to working with clients by looking at the whole person.
