Providing long-term psychotherapy and brief goal-oriented counselling within a caring and supportive person-centred approach. I create a unique plan for therapy with each client that takes every person's needs into consideration and may involve the integration of a variety of approaches and tools such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Trauma-focused Therapy (Empowerment & Resilience Model), Emotionally-Focused Individual Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy or an emphasis on attachment healing. Other areas of expertise include trauma-informed hoarding support, parenting (for parents & guardians of teens and young adults) and inter-generational trauma. My work is founded on anti-oppression and anti-racism principles and I welcome everyone with a desire for change and healing.
