Individual and Couples counselling where one or both partners identify as ADHD and/or Autistic. Explore and embrace your diversity and strengths, and identify areas where you may wish to grow in ways that compliment your lifestyle and relationships.

Family Therapy
Rebuilding connection and a sense of trust, improving communication, and repairing ruptures in relationships are the primary focus for families with teens or young adults utilizing Attachment Based Family Therapy.

Teen & Young Adult Therapy
Helping youth feel better, less overwhelmed, depressed or anxious is our number one goal! Having a safe place to express thoughts and feelings plus learning coping strategies will help you feel more secure and better able to face the every day challenges occurring in life, relationships, school and family.

Our therapists draw on a variety of therapy modalities depending on your needs including relational, psychodynamic, attachment based, somatic, emotionally focused (EFT), The Gottman Method, Couple’s Institute developmental model, mindfulness based stress reduction, the arts, and body-mind awareness practices. Our therapists work with individuals (aged 13 +), couples, and families and are trauma informed, neurodiversity affirming and queer positive. We are committed to ongoing professional education and personal growth and integrating these learnings to support you in your mental health and wellbeing.
