Floating Bridge is a mental health clinic that provides individual, couple, relationship and group therapy. We specialize in emotional regulation, interpersonal conflict, trauma, borderline personality disorder (BPD), addictions, depression and anxiety. We also run several Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) groups.

Due to COVID we are currently offering services via telehealth. We are looking for new facilities that will accommodate our group meetings while following social distancing.
