The Toronto Adult ADD Support Group (TAASG) is a proactive drop-in support group organized by and for adults with ADD/ADHD. The group meets once a month to discuss the challenges and advantages associated with ADD/ADHD.

TAASG provides practical support, encouragement, knowledge, experience, emotional and social cheer that assists in building self-esteem and coping strategies. Occasionally, we will present professional guest speakers. Our primary means of communication is the Meetup platform.
