Lanark County Interval House (LCIH)
Full-serviced agency working with female victims of domestic violence, which provides:
* 24/7 help/crisis line
* Emergency shelter for women and their children
* Extensive programming both in the shelter and through several outreach programs.
* Residential counselling for both women and children
* Outreach counselling including one on one, groups, children's counselling, mom and child parenting, sexual assault support, transition support, family court support and more.

Located just outside Ottawa city limits, LCIH covers the expansive region including Pakenham, Smiths Falls, Carleton Place, Perth, Lanark, Montague, Tay Valley and all of the rural areas in between. Also supports women from Ottawa when space is needed or the situation is too dangerous to stay in her location.
