Like other illnesses, mental health challenges (such as depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, paranoia, obsessive-compulsive habits) can affect anyone at any time. Developmental challenges are conditions that individuals are born with and impact their physical and intellectual abilities. At Trellis we believe that everyone dealing with mental health or developmental challenges has the potential to lead a happy and active life.
