A closed, 10-week course for families and caregivers dealing with the experience of persistent mental illness in their lives. This is a time for sharing and connecting with others, and an opportunity to develop strategies for coping.

(Any mental illness is included) It offers young people the opportunity to discuss their needs and feelings, and to learn about mental illness and some ways of coping.
