Sheila is a Registered Psychotherapist with a background in Early Childhood Education. She has many years of experience in supporting children, youth, and families.
Sheila works collaboratively with her clients to ensure clients are fully involved in the therapeutic process of their journey. She has extensive knowledge and experience using a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and has provided a variety of services to children, teens and individuals up to 25 years of age and their families.
Specifically, Sheila specializes in supporting children, youth, and families facing issues related to anxiety, depression, anger, parent-child conflict, differing parenting styles, attachment, grief and loss, bullying, and self-esteem.
