My approach to individual therapy combines concepts including early experiences, mindfulness, personality, attachment, purpose, and values and beliefs to address mood and create a more fulfilling life. In couples therapy, we explore communication, intimacy, conflict, and strategies to create more closeness and fulfillment. My practice of inclusivity includes addressing racism and sexuality. I work with adults and couples ages 19+.
