We provide individual therapy to adolescents and adults. Our areas of practice include:
– life transitions and adjustment difficulties
– depression and anxiety
– trauma, including motor-vehicle and workplace accidents
– substance use
– work-life balance and career challenges
– concentration difficulties
– relationships difficulties and conflict.
We also offer secure video appointments for clients with limited access to therapy services in their geographic area (e.g., language, culture, professional competencies, etc.), individuals with physical or other challenges that prevent them from leaving the home, those who are more comfortable using technology to communicate, and individuals with scheduling conflicts that prohibit regular office visits.
