The Mood Disorders Self Help Group of Barrie, an affiliate of the Mood Disorders Association of Ontario (MDAO). Living with a mood disorder and want to connect with others? The Mood Disorders Self Help Group of Barrie is a drop-in peer support group for people like you. Come out and talk – and see what's new in the world of self help/peer support!

When: 1st Tuesday of every month, 6:30–8:30 pm
