* joining the workforce - employment services and programs that help persons with disabilities gain the skills and workplace knowledge needed to gain competitive employment
* starting their own business - we provide an model to support selected entrepreneurs and social enterprises in starting a business
* owning their own home - we provide people with disabilities a stable & affordable home of their own, while helping them to build equity and save for their future
