Program/Service of : Mood Disorders Ottawa (MDO)
A facilitated (peer) bi-monthly support group for adults with mood disorders. Meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month. Located at the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) office, 1355 Bank Street, 4th floor (follow the signs) from 7:15 pm to 9:15 pm.
