The Rehabilitation Mental Health Services Program |
The Rehabilitation Mental Health Services Program provides comprehensive mental health services to residents over the age of 16 in the counties of Leeds-Grenville, Southern Lanark, Stormont, Dundas, Glengarry, Prescott-Russell, and Ottawa-Carleton.
The Program provides assessment, treatment and rehabilitation services for adults with serious mental health needs and various diagnosis or behavioural disabilities.
The primary goal of the rehabilitation process is to facilitate progressive and individualized treatment, including coping and life skills training to prepare each patient to return to their community.
