Our Incident Management System team continues to meet daily to direct a strategic response to manage the threat of COVID-19 and our team of infection prevention experts has been instrumental in limiting the number and extent of outbreaks in Extendicare homes.

Counsellors and Therapists are available if you are looking for some support with feelings of isolation, loss, strained relationships, work challenges, addictions, or anything else. Please reach out if you need someone to talk to.

FIA believes in the ethos that ‘it takes a village to raise a child’ and have expanded our offerings to provide FREE virtual peer to peer support groups to College & University students, Parents & Caregivers as they navigate the realities and emotions of the COVID-19 pandemic. In doing so we ultimately support the children we serve. Small Facilitated groups provide a confidential, safe place to come together to talk about what is on your mind and in your heart. A place to find compassion and support from your peers.
