The Youth Counselling Program is a free program for individuals ages 11-29. This program is designed to build strengths, resilience and coping skills among individuals. Through individualized one-on-one support, the Youth Counselling service provides free weekly sessions to discuss issues affecting their lives. The counsellor will work collaboratively with the individual to enhance their understanding, overcome their challenges and meet their goals. Mindset Program is a group based program which aims to build client awareness and skills toward healthy ways of emotional regulation. This program utilizes techniques based on the principles of CBT. This program is a free for service based program.

We continue to offer emergency shelter and counselling services. Our shelter services continue based on women meeting our mandate, and space availability. However we will assist in with providing alternate resources if we are full. Counselling is provided virtually.
