Nicole is a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work. She also holds an honours Health Sciences degree from Wilfrid Laurier University with minors in Psychology and Biology. Nicole has experience working with individuals with a variety of mental health struggles, including anxiety, depression, phobias, grief, emotion regulation concerns, those struggling with self-esteem, and trauma healing.


Nicole is a passionate and attentive therapist who strives to work alongside clients in their mental health journeys. As a therapist, she truly values her client’s experience and seeks to understand their perspectives, strengths, values, and the unique qualities that make them who they are. From this place of mutual understanding, Nicole works with her clients to carve out the life that they want to live, one day at a time, using a variety of techniques designed to create sustainable change.

Through her own journey, Nicole has come to understand that, despite our best efforts, struggle and pain are essential aspects of the human experience. She greatly appreciates the courage, strength, and vulnerability it takes to show up to therapy and do the challenging work of healing. She is honoured to be a part of your healing journey!


During her spare time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and pup, reading, gardening, being active, and spending time in nature.
