You’ve made it to this page in a busy, fast-paced world. I hope you acknowledge that it takes courage and strength to reach out. So, hello, nice to meet you! My name is Louriecar (she/her). As cheesy as it sounds, I want you to know that you do not have to be alone. It would be a pleasure to see if we’re a good fit to navigate topics such as healing your inner child. Many clients I work with seek support with anxiety, depression, stress and trauma, but I am prepared to support you with various other mental health needs.

As mental health continues to be a stigma, I believe in creating a warm, non-judgemental 2SLGBTQ+, BIPOC safe space to work collaboratively through and overcome stressors and traumas. I like to utilize a customized therapeutic experience rather than approaching concerns as “one size fits all” since everyone comes in with a unique story and experience.

Mental health services should affordable, so I am on lowered fees and on a sliding scale. I offer free 15-minute consultations to see if we're the right fit or if you just want to sit in silence with company. If none of the hours posted fit your schedule, email or call, and we'll find a time that works better.
