Smith, Bronwen - Registered Clinical Counselor (RCC), MC
Bronwen Smith Counselling & Consulting
Private practice (individual)
I offer holistic, trauma informed, person-centered counselling services to children, youth, young adults, parents and expectant parents (pregnancy, postpartum).

My approach considers the essential role of the nervous system and is grounded in attachment theory, neuroscience, mindfulness, narrative therapy, emotion focused therapy, CBT, DBT, expressive arts and play therapy. I offer in person- and virtual counselling services to children, youth / adolescents, young adults, parents and expectant parents.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the B.C. Association of Clinical Counsellors, and adhere to their code of ethics and high standards of practice. I hold a Master's degree in Counselling from City University of Seattle (2012), and I am working towards becoming a Registered Play Therapist with The BC Play Therapy Association.

In addition to my private practice, I have worked with non profit child and family service programs and community based mental health (Child and Youth Mental Health Services). Please contact me via email or telephone to discuss virtual or in-person services and next steps. I also invite you to check out my website for more information. www.bronwensmith.ca
