I provide individual therapy and group psycho-education using mindfulness based interventions. I am trained in MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) and sustain a regular meditation practice. I also work with trauma (especially relationship betrayal trauma) using somatic and attachment based therapy. I enjoy working with life transitions through the lens of spiritually integrated psychotherapy. I have significant life experience; a long term relationship and parents of adult children.
