She works primarily with adults from a range of presenting concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief, interpersonal/relationship concerns and career transition and development. Kristi works primarily from an emotion focused approach and has training in Emotion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behaviour Training and Career Counselling.

Kristi has over 20 years of experience coaching and counselling and more recently began practicing psychotherapy. Kristi is certified in assessments such as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Strong Interest Inventory (SII).
