Mr. Kyle Kearnan, Registered Psychotherapist, M.Ed., RP
TRAC Group Inc.
Private practice (individual)
I am a registered psychotherapist that comes with nearly 10 years of experience providing services to individuals, families, teens, and parents in a supportive/nonjudgmental environment. Together, we work collaboratively to help you discover your own inner-strength needed to face any obstacles and difficulties you may be experiencing in life. Along the way, we will uncover any destructive thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that might be holding you back from achieving your goals.

I support clients with a variety of different psychological, emotional, and behavioral difficulties including those associated with stress, anxiety, anger, depression, grief/loss, trauma, addictions, interpersonal difficulties, and life transitions.

I use a person-centred, strength-based approach while customizing my psychotherapeutic techniques to what works best for you. Please feel free to reach out to me at anytime if you need more information or would like to book a first assessment appointment.
