Individual therapy for clients struggling with issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, anger and loss. As well, offer 3 programs in a community based private setting to address common issues mentioned above only in a group setting.

Complicated Grief Program: 24 hours of group therapy over a course of 4 weeks. Using expressive therapies (art & psychodrama) and is helpful with people with complex histories.

Reclaiming the Self Program: 24 hours of group therapy using body mapping and experiential approaches to help people find and build compassion, resilience and learn about other aspects of the self that have gone dormant.

Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy: 8 week program cost $575. Learn skills that allow one to be calm, grounded and in the present. For many, it's like learning an entirely new way of being.
