Mixed with wonderful moments, our work with others can be rough; exhausting, frustrating, and routine…and within the upcoming, colder, darker months, this can feel particularly heavy.
Delve In is offering a workshop for people in the Helping Professions – creating a space to take a weekly break, some time to explore and an opportunity to try on a new approach to relating with ourselves and our practices. Social Arts Facilitator Cathy Paton uses arts-based activities to shift the ways that we think about and approach our relationships; with ourselves; with colleagues and service users; and with our wider communities.

This workshop integrates techniques from various arts practices with social relating and communication activities. No previous arts experience is required. Join Cathy in a meaningful, enjoyable and sometimes challenging 4 weeks, where the risks that you will take will be well worth it.

Diversity and Inclusion:
The facilitator is committed to creating an inclusive workshop. This means that diversity in gender, gender identity, race, ability, sexuality, culture, ethnicity and age are actively welcomed. The workshop does involve physical movement – when you are registering, we can talk about any concerns and/or questions regarding what this will look like for you.
If the registration fee is a barrier for you, please contact Cathy to discuss available sliding scale options.

Facilitator Bio:
