* Therapy & Counselling Focused on Men and their Families

We cover a range of individual and family issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship problems, separation/divorce, social isolation, self-esteem, abuse and trauma. We also provide couples and group approaches to counselling that involve the partner, ex-partner or other members of the individual’s family and friends.

* Men’s Legal Assistance Clinic & Legal Resource Centre

The clinic helps men overcome legal problems that disproportionately affect males and addresses areas where men may face unique challenges. We cover family, criminal, human rights, employment and immigration law, among other areas. Our lawyers provide resources, tools and info in group and individual settings.

* Fathering After Separation or Divorce

Fathering After Separation or Divorce is an 8-week program that provides a broad range of knowledge, resources and skills with a curriculum built for fathers looking to maintain a strong relationship with their child or children following family break-up.

* Support services for male victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and all forms of trauma.

Support is offered both in group settings and one-on-one. If you are in danger, we can refer you to Toronto shelters that are working in partnership with us. We also provide a variety of goods and products that may be of assistance to you if you are fleeing a dangerous situation at home.
