Julie Clarke Counselling and Psychotherapy
Private practice (individual)
Julie Clarke Counselling and Psychotherapy is a professional private practice. You do not need a referral to call or make an appointment. This is a fee-based service which means there is an hourly rate. This is different than seeking help through your family doctor or your local mental health agency which likely offers similar services at little to no cost to you. We want you to be aware of this. Insurance receipts are available upon discussion.

Julie is trained as a Child and Youth Care Practitioner which allows her to see children ages 5 years and up with a primary focus on the developmental needs of the child/youth while fostering resilience and using a strengths-based approach.

In her adult work Julie's theories of practice are informed by attachment theories, psychoanalysis, cognitive-behaviour therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused, narrative and somatic therapies.

NEW: eTherapy - online counselling is available for adult client only. Please call to discuss if this is a good option for you.
