Julie Clarke Counselling Psychotherapy Consulting, a professional private practice. You do not need a referral to call or make an appointment. This is a fee-based service which means there is an hourly rate. This is different than seeking help through your family doctor or your local mental health agency which likely offers similar services at little to no cost to you. We want you to be aware of this. Insurance receipts are available upon discussion.

Julie is trained as a Child and Youth Care Practitioner and Registered Psychotherapist. She works with ages 5 years and up to senior with a primary focus on developmental needs using a strengths-based approach. She uses various theories of practice informed by attachment theories (Dr. Gordon Neufeld), psychoanalysis, cognitive-behaviour therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused and for trauma work Somatic Experiencing (Dr. Peter Levine).

EATING DISORDER Caregiver Coaching Group - Virtually online. Julie and here colleague are offering this weekly virtual group online for the first time in spring 2018. Check out more information and application via website.
