She has expertise in anxiety, depression, work stress, & work/life balance, self esteem issues, borderline personality disorder, eating disorders, and trauma recovery.
Hilary's approach to therapy is eclectic & client centred. She believes that every client is unique, and deserves a counselling style suited to their individual needs. She draws on solution focussed, strength based, cognitive behavioural, dialectical behavioural, psychodynamic therapeutic models. She is also trained in Traumatic Incident Reduction.
