Teach, Empower, Advocate for Community Health (T.E.A.C.H.) is a self-help education centre for consumer/survivors, family and caregivers, teaching each other by providing information, resources, advocacy and support.

Consumer Support Initiative * covers all of Halton * offers mental health recovery workshops * anxiety management workshops * self esteem workshops * peer mentor training * concurrent disorders (mental health and addiction) recovery workshops * one -on-one peer support *group facilitation training

All professional staff and volunteers have lived experience with mental health challenges.
