OUR PRIMARY GOAL:
 
To provide rapid, coordinated entry to safe, dignified housing:

Self contained units
Support for individuals with recent involvement in the criminal justice system
Rent Geared to Income
The tenant is protected and is responsible under the Tenant Protection Act

 
TARGET POPULATION:

Serious mental illness
Current involvement in the criminal justice system
Homeless or potentially homeless
Individuals who are likely to live safely supported in the community with minimal assistance
