Find Mental Health Help in Your Area

Tip of the Week

Spend less time in front of screens. As technology becomes ever more present in our lives, researchers are increasingly looking at screen time and its positive and negative effects. One study found that for young girls, each additional hour in front of a screen (t.v., electronic games, or on computers), increased their risk of developing emotional issues at a later age.
